FAQs

What is the cancellation policy for ongoing classes?

Our weekly ongoing classes are very relaxed. You can pay individually for each session you attend, or you may purchase a block of four sessions. These sessions may be used at any ongoing art class within three months from the date of purchase. There will be no refund if all four sessions are not used within the three months.

Is The Green Art House equipped for disabled students?

Most definitely!

The school is wheelchair accessible. All studios, restrooms and public areas can accommodate people with disabilities.

What is the cancellation policy for workshops?

All cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than forty-five (45) days before the start date of a workshop, The Green Art House will retain $100 of your deposit as a cancellation fee and keep $100 as a credit in your account until the end of the current fiscal year. The credit may only be used towards another workshop or weekly class. If you cancel forty-five (45) days or less before the start date, you will forfeit your entire tuition. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawal after a workshop begins.

What if my workshop is cancelled?

Occasionally workshops are cancelled due to low enrollment or issues affecting the availability of the instructor. If your workshop is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible before the start of your workshop. You will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

What supplies will I need for my class/workshop?

Supply lists are available online as a part of the course description. If you need one mailed to you, please contact us with your request.
