RE-OPENING JUNE 1ST!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

SCHEDULE AND GUIDELINE CHANGES FOR CLASSES

We are excited to announce that The Green Art House will reopen June 1st!

As you may be aware, we have been working diligently to get plans, policies and procedures in place to get TGAH reopened now that the state and county guidelines have loosened up.

For now, we will be limiting the size of each class to eight (8) students to conform to the new 6-foot social distancing guidelines. Rich has added an afternoon session on Thursdays to help accommodate everyone that wants to attend his class.

Because of the limited class size, it is strongly recommended that all students reserve their seat for the class(es) they want to attend. If you show up at the door without a reservation, and there is no space available, you will not be permitted to attend the class.

Reservations can be made as early as one week in advance of the class(es) you want to attend. Reservations will be taken on a first-come first-reserved basis. Once the eight seats are reserved for a single class, we will begin a waiting list for that class and will contact the next in line if/when a space opens up.

We will begin taking reservations on Tuesday, May 26th. Please contact Leslie at Leslie@thegreenarthouse.org to make your reservation(s). Please note that in order to keep an accurate list of reservations, our online registration has been temporarily disabled.

Along with the limited class size and social distancing, there are a few more policies that will be put in place when we reopen to keep us compliant with the CDC and local health agencies’ guidelines.

FEVER/COUGH For everyone’s safety, please do not come to The Green Art House if you are experiencing a fever and/or symptoms of respiratory illness. Please note that if the Pala Mesa Golf Resort’s policy requires it, we will be taking the temperature of each student and teaching artist prior to their entry into TGAH. If we are required to take your temperature, it must be below 100.4°. If it is above 100.4°, you will not be permitted to attend the class.

FACE MASKS For the safety of others, please wear a cloth face covering while at The Green Art House. This covering must cover both your nose and your mouth. Disposable masks are available at TGAH.

Life drawing class will still be held but with a clothed model until further notice. Everyone including the model will have to wear a mask.

We can't thank you enough for your understanding at this time. We please ask if you cannot abide by the guidelines set by our state, come at a later date when this is lifted and you feel more comfortable. Our highest priority is the well-being of our instructors and students.

Make your class reservations today!

If you cannot make it at any of the other times, we can put you on a waiting list for the day and time of your choosing. Sorry for the inconvenience but we have to comply for right now.
